Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty : All products sold by XiangLong Metal, are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after date of delivery to the customer. Any part determined to be defective per the customers specifications at the time of manufacture may be returned to XL. For repair or replacement. It shall be OEM's option to repair, replace or provide a credit for the defective item. Limitation of Liability: XiangLong Metal Inc. does not warrant the design, suitability of use or failure due to normal use or mis-use of the product. Liability of XiangLong Meatl, Inc. is limited to the value of the specific product provided and does not extend to any incidental or consequential costs. Prompt Disposition: XiangLong Metal , Inc. will make its' best efforts to take corrective action or to make an adjustment as quickly as possible for items found defective within the warranty period. Order Acceptance : Acceptance of the customer's order by XiangLong Metal Inc,. constitutes acceptance of this warranty by the customer.
